The menu features a wide range of foods, including sandwiches, pizzas, and salads, but focuses mainly on meats such as steaks, and ribs. They have become well known for their signature desserts. Claim Jumper has licensed its name to frozen food producer American Pie, LLC to create a line of frozen dinners, which are sold in grocery stores.

Thick or Thin Famous Onion Rings Tossed with Parmesan and Garlic

PARMESAN GARLIC ONION RINGS 
Claim Jumper Copycat Recipe

Garlic Parmesan Cheese Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 cup milk

Melt butter and garlic powder in pan over med heat. Add flour and cook for one minute. Add broth and milk, whisking constantly. Cook until thickened. Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

Notes: Just cook up some store bought frozen onions rings according to package directions.This  dip is great on not only onion rings but french fries and chicken wings as well.


CALIFORNIA QUESADILLA
Claim Jumper Copycat Recipe

Serves 8

1 small ripe avocado
6 ounces cream cheese
3 tablespoons Frank’s Redhot pepper sauce
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro leaves
16 (6 inch) flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 1 cup monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
sour cream
shredded cooked chicken breast, optional
salsa

Pit avocado and scoop it out. Put in a food processor or mix by hand with the hot sauce and cream cheese. Beat until smooth and add the cilantro. Spoon mixture onto a tortilla, sprinkle some cheese and green onion and add the chicken if using. Top with another tortilla. Place tortillas on grill over medium coals for 5 mins or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and salsa.

Notes:  Claim Jumper serves these with black beans.
